OUR PRINCIPLES
Design Outsider commits to a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment for all employees, extended workforce and collaborators. We will ensure that individuals are treated fairly, respectfully and compassionately in all aspects of Design Outsider’s interactions. We apply policies, procedures, and outcomes consistently regardless of the parties involved and hold all individuals responsible for their actions.

OUR PRACTICE
Design Outsider, the extended workforce and collaborators are expected to do their utmost to create a supportive work environment, where everyone has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, and be free from harassment, intimidation, bias, and unlawful discrimination.

PROFESSIONALISM
Design Outsider encourages professional practice and conduct at all times, we disassociate from public actions, opinions and social media that contradict the Design Outsider manifesto, core principles and our code of conduct. Any action taken that does not reflect the Design Outsider manifesto, core principles or the code of conduct may result in investigation, disciplinary action and / or termination where the party is an employee / associate. Where the party is a participant, any breach will be subject to an internal investigation in the first instance and may be subject to external investigation in extreme cases.
